The webinar was insightful, and Juliet conveyed the message with so much depth and simplicity. She made a weighty subject so easy to internalise and apply. I learned self-discipline isn’t about negative restraint, but positive life management. I learned about the 3Ds - decision, diligence, and delayed gratification. I learned how to make decisions I can commit to, how to respond to situations, the diligence required to create a plan to achieve my goals, how to create enabling structures to sustain the plan for success, and how to manage my time effectively.
