The Experience

RISE combines immersive, reflective, and applied learning over six weeks.

In-Person Workshop Session

The journey begins with a one-day, in-person immersive workshop that establishes the foundation for the programme. This session focuses on leadership identity, purposeful influence, relevance in a digitally driven environment, and personal effectiveness at senior levels.

Structured Virtual Sessions

Following the workshop, participants engage in a structured virtual learning series delivered over four weeks. Sessions integrate practical frameworks, facilitated dialogue, peer learning, and guided reflection to ensure immediate application

Coaching 

The coaching element of this programme provides additional space for accountability and personalised insight, supporting delegates as they apply learning within their professional contexts.

 

In-Person Networking Dinner

The programme concludes with an in-person networking dinner, bringing together senior women leaders for meaningful conversation, shared insight, and sustained connection beyond the programme.
