Beyond Limits Fellowship for Founders – Cohort 3.0

In the 2024/25 Cohort 3.0, we selected 30 early-stage startups from a highly competitive pool of over 500 applications across Nigeria for the third edition of the Beyond Limits Fellowship for Founders, delivered in partnership with the U.S. Consulate General in Lagos. These startups span diverse sectors, including fintech, healthtech, edtech, AI, mobility, and sustainability, and embody the ingenuity and resilience of Nigeria’s next generation of innovators. Over the course of 12 intensive weeks, 60 founders (two representatives from each startup) participated in expert-led masterclasses, business clinics, and leadership sessions. They gained practical insights from an exceptional lineup of mentors, including Shola Akinlade (Paystack), Dr. Ola Brown (HealthCap Africa), Biola Alabi (Acasia Ventures), Olumide Soyombo (Bluechip Technologies), and Nnamdi Ezeigbo (SLOT), among other top industry leaders.

The program closed with a Demo Day and graduation ceremony at the American Corner in Lagos, where the top three startups were awarded startup resources worth $10,000 in recognition of their innovation and impact. Feegor emerged as the winner for revolutionising wholesale trade by enabling businesses to purchase directly from manufacturers and major suppliers. Hubpharm secured second place with its digital pharmacy, which focuses on managing Non-Communicable Diseases. Ileemore placed third for its personalised edtech platform designed for Africa’s next billion learners. By prioritising leadership development, the Beyond Limits Fellowship equips Nigerian founders with the tools, networks, and strategies needed to build scalable, globally competitive ventures that drive lasting impact.
