Beyond Limits Fellowship for Founders – Cohort 2.0

In October 2023, the Beyond Limits Fellowships for Founders program successfully onboarded 26 startups selected from an impressive pool of 642 applications originating from prominent African countries. This rigorous selection process reflects the program’s commitment to identifying and nurturing high-potential ventures.

Over the immersive six-week period, about 50 executives actively participated in enriching masterclasses and received valuable mentorship from distinguished industry leaders. Notable figures such as Iyin Aboyeji (Co-Founder, Future Africa / Co-Flutterwave), Biola Alabi (General Partner, Acasia), Tidjane Deme (General Partner, Partech), Bunmi Akinyemiju (CEO, Venture Garden Group; Managing Partner, GreenHouse Capital), Osayi Alile (CEO, Aspire Coronation Trust Foundation), Uche Pedro (CEO, BellaNaija), Ike Echeruo (Founder & Managing Partner, Constant Capital), and Dr. Juliet Ehimuan (Founder, Beyond Limits) played pivotal roles in shaping the experience for the participating executives.

Notably, the top three startups distinguished themselves in the grant awards recognition. This recognition underscores the viability of their business models and the positive impact they are poised to make in their respective industries.

The Beyond Limits Fellowships for Founders is a comprehensive initiative strategically designed to support early-stage startup founders embarking on the challenging journey of building innovative and scalable ventures, particularly in developing their leadership capabilities.
