The Beyond Limits Fellowship for Founders is a comprehensive initiative to support early-stage startup founders. Over the course of 6-12 weeks, the programme focuses on developing the leadership capacities of founders in areas such as leadership, product and marketing development, people and culture, funding and finance, and operations and excellence. Through a structured and immersive learning experience, fellows gain the necessary skills, knowledge, and networks to overcome the challenges of entrepreneurship and achieve sustainable growth for their ventures.

The Fellowship aims to:

Develop early-stage startup founders into exceptional all-around leaders.
Access to funds and grant
Cultivating a collaborative community for knowledge sharing and peer support.
Facilitating access to networks, mentors, investors, and relevant resources.

Target Audience:

The programme is designed for early-stage founders passionate about building innovative and scalable ventures. It welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, creating an inclusive and supportive environment for participants to learn, collaborate, and grow.

Beyond Limits Fellowship for Founders - Cohort 1.0

The 2021 Beyond Limits Fellowship for Founders offered a transformative experience for 12 early-stage entrepreneurs, featuring masterclasses, mentorship, and grants. Led by industry experts including Juliet Ehimuan, Tonye Cole, TY Bello, Bunmi Akinyemiju, Nimi Akinkugbe, Osayi Alile, Audu Maikori, Uche Pedro, and Eghosa Omogui, the program was a curated platform for profound learning and growth in entrepreneurship.

Beyond Limits Fellowship for Founders - Cohort 2.0

In October 2023, we selected 26 startups from 642 applications across key African countries for the Beyond Limits Fellowship for Founders. During the six-week program, 50+ executives participated in masterclasses and mentorship sessions led by industry luminaries such as Iyin Aboyeji, Biola Alabi, Tidjane Deme, Bunmi Akinyemiju, Osayi Alile, Uche Pedro, Ike Echeruo, and Dr. Juliet Ehimuan. The top three startups were awarded grants for their exceptional startups’ viability at the grant competition.
